The plastic floor with multi-layer composite structure is the most widely used one. The coil, sheet and latch have this structure, and they are all mainstream products. Multi layer composite structure refers to that the product is composed of various material structures with different materials and properties. Generally, there must be wear-resistant layer, printing layer, glass fiber layer and basic layer (bottom layer). In addition, there are many different specific layers. For example, the wear-resistant layer may also be divided into transparent PVC wear-resistant layer, UV and other special coatings, scraping wear-resistant layer, etc, There may be a stable pressure resistant layer between the printing layer and the glass fiber layer, the glass fiber layer may be sandwiched in the middle of the bottom layer, and there may be a back sealing layer and waterproof layer under the bottom layer. The more excellent the product performance is, the better the process is!
The composite sheet is semi soft and generally does not use glass fiber layer, but it must have wear-resistant layer, printing layer and bottom layer. The wear-resistant layer will also have transparent wear-resistant layer and UV coating treatment. Many of the bottom layers are divided into two layers, one with good stability and the other with good flexibility. Let's go into detail when we talk about the sheet.
The plastic floor with multi-layer composite structure can print various patterns: wood grain, marble grain, brick grain, carpet grain, solid color, metal grain, etc., which greatly widens the extension of the product, the composite structure is also relatively stable, and those with good wear-resistant layer on the surface also have excellent performance in pollution resistance and wear resistance, so it is the mainstream product of plastic floor!
The latch floor is a multi-layer composite plastic floor because of its product structure and installation mode.
The homogeneous transparent plastic floor also has its unique charm and application scene. As the name suggests, the upper and lower structure of the product is the same, and the patterns are the same after grinding. In theory, the whole product can be regarded as a wear-resistant layer. Of course, it is not realistic in practice. The wear resistance of homogeneous and penetrating floor is better than that of general multi-layer composite floor with only wear-resistant layer, but the surface stain resistance is not as good as that of multi-layer composite floor. It generally needs waxing. After a period of time, it can be polished and waxed again. The relative maintenance cost is higher than that of composite plastic floor.
Homogeneous transparent plastic flooring is divided into directional and non directional patterns. In addition, there are solid colors, which will be described in detail later.
Homogeneous penetrating floor is generally suitable for places requiring high wear resistance, professional maintenance team and relatively clean and timely. For example, very clean factories, purification workshops, pharmaceutical factories and laboratories, such as medical institutions with huge cleaning and maintenance forces, such as supermarkets in developed countries, but it is not recommended to use places with poor sanitary conditions and no professional cleaning and maintenance team.
Homogeneous transparent sheet flooring is the first plastic flooring to enter the engineering field on a large scale in China. In 1993, the transparent sheet jointly invested by Dongli and Libao was put into operation, and LG Tianjin factory was put into operation in 1996. In the late 1990s, many construction sites were competing with transparent sheets such as Armstrong longcai, Dongli TCD and LG dielishi (later Han Hua, Lijie, etc.). Unfortunately, in recent years, in the sharp price reduction tide of coiled transparent plastic floor, the market share of transparent sheet is getting smaller and smaller.
